Returns & Exchanges

Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items listed below cannot be returned.

  • Dated merchandise
  • Damaged merchandise
  • Discounted merchandise

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size or color, send us an email at and send your item(s) to

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are limited to orders placed within the previous 30 days.

In the event we ship an incorrect or physically defective product; we will accept a return or exchange and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. If you choose to ship the merchandise through means other than the method specified with the prepaid shipping label, we will not be liable for the cost of return shipping.
